What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales and operational goals

• Ensure staff maintain strong knowledge of club programs, amenities, and equipment

• Foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere that delivers an exceptional member experience

• Execute and support company programs and promotions to drive new membership growth

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team

• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach

• Ability to balance sales performance, team development, and member satisfaction
   

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Compensation: Up to $80,000 per year
